Job Summary - We are searching for a professional client servicing manager with great people skills, to help our business prioritize existing customers and increase the value-business-share of existing clients. The client servicing manager will be tasked with maintaining current clients and growing the delivery base, keeping accurate correspondence records, meeting regularly with the clients management, updating the client details, positively adding to customer service policies, and recommending different service options to the clients. The right candidate will be someone who can take full ownership of the clients deliveries (online deliveries and offline deliveries), proactively drive the client and conceptualize campaigns, not merely respond to requests and take direction. He/she will have a strong inclination for action, the ability to prioritize & meet tight deadlines, and will have a keen attention to details. We will back you up with a strong strategy and execution team across planning, technology, design and content. You will own and support the strategic development and execution of the clients marketing and media initiatives. You will manage day-to-day client activities including, but not limited to, content delivery, planning of the content calendars, content curation, campaign development, community outreach, monitor paid social advertising, promotions, performance analysis, ongoing moderation and optimization of the ongoing campaigns. Take additional efforts tied to social analytics and business metrics/measurements in order to adequately gauge performance and optimize initiatives. You need to have excellent written and oral communication skills with a demonstrated understanding of the social platforms and measurement tools (we sincerely hope you won't tell us that you have created a Facebook campaign but instead tell us how your social media program helped the brand connect to its customers, drive revenue etc.) Preferable experience in managing social media communities for brands in digital and advertising agencies would be a ++. Key Responsibilities: Planning, strategizing, executing communication and marketing programs for clients. Closely work with Design & Copy team to deliver online and offline projects as per clients requirement. Act as the main point of contact between Wisecow and the client. Coordinate with and/or collaborate on content development and implementation. Do industry research, to understand the client's business and the competitive environment. Get repeat-business from the client. Create digital strategies and content plan presentations. Offer advice to clients on services and products. Deal with client requests and troubleshoot problems. Do research on the clients product, services and also the competitors in the relevant target markets. Meet clients for briefings, pitches and present proposals to clients for approval. Brief agency colleagues and work with them to plan and implement the best digital media, design and technology solutions for the client. Ensure the completion of projects on time and within budget. Handling financial issues with the client, timely collection of dues. Maintain daily interaction with the client and internal teams. Working on several campaigns at once, sometimes under pressure and often on tight deadlines. Keep monitoring advertising trends, consumer surveys, and other data regarding the client industry and markets. Personality Traits: Is a perfectionist - who loves details and uses logic for all tasks. Can perform duties with a high degree of independence, integrity and is proactive. Has excellent time management skills to juggle several clients and their requirements. Calm, polite, and a well behaved professional. Reliable and self-motivated. High service orientation. Professional Requisites: A Business degree or related qualification. Should have prior work experience with Advertising / Digital agencies. Has excellent communication skills - both verbal and written. Computer proficiency especially for Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel. Relevant domain knowledge.
