Job Title: MEAN Stack Developer Lead Location: Madurai - Onsite - Locals are preferred Experience: 5+ Years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced MEAN Stack Developer Lead to join our dynamic team in Madurai. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and leading robust web applications using the MEAN stack. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of developers to deliver high-quality web applications. Architect, develop, and maintain scalable solutions using MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver project requirements. Review code for quality, maintainability, and performance. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications. Implement best practices for version control, deployment, and testing. Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions. Required Skills: Extensive experience with the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js). Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development processes. Proficiency in creating and integrating RESTful APIs. Experience in leading and managing development teams. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on clean and maintainable code. Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines. Nice to Have: Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or GCP. Experience with Agile methodologies. Strong communication and leadership skills.,
