Here's your opportunity - We at PhonePe are looking at Social media advisor/s who are
Social savvy and are familiar with industry trends, know exactly how every social media tool
works in order to provide a quality service to our customers, maintaining company image
and reputation.
You will be empowered to monitor effective benchmarks (Best Practices) for measuring the
impact of posts on Social Media to analyse, review, and report on the effectiveness of
sentiments for the betterment of the organization. Work Experience: 1- 3 years in a Social media customer service team. Knowledge and
experience of working directly in Social media tools will be added advantage.
Responsibilities:
Connect and Interact with customers on Social Platforms including but not limited to
Facebook, Twitter, Community portals like Consumer grievance forums and Ombudsman.
Compose responses independently and in accordance with processes guidelines.
Provide professional yet personalized experience on all interactions with the
customers on Social and consumer Platforms.
Work alongside of dependant teams to complete unresolved issues by creating,
developing, and implementing an action plan for resolution.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to troubleshoot functional and non-
functional issues correctly and clearly to external customers and internal
stakeholders. Makes recommendations, as needed, to management on suggested internal process
or procedure modifications to excel in providing an awesome customer experience Demonstrates empathy and understanding of the impact of any issues on the
customers business and responsibilities.

Required Candidate profile

Work Experience: 1- 3 years in a Social media customer service team. Knowledge and
experience of working directly in Social media tools will be added advantage.
