Job Description

Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure for assigned accounts and regions. Work closely with Inside Sales and Outbound Sales teams to align lead generation with revenue targets.


Use Salesforce CRM extensively for pipeline management, lead tracking, and reporting. Qualify leads, understand customer needs, prepare customized proposals, and deliver compelling presentations. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and drive deal progression through systematic follow-ups. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Solutions, Delivery, and Marketing, to ensure client success. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor off erings, and customer pain points to better position Hurix Digital. Contribute to refi ning the sales process, improving conversion rates, and increasing average deal size. Maintain documentation and reports for leadership visibility and performance reviews


  • 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in EdTech, eLearning, Digital Content, or SaaS domains . Proven success in managing the complete sales lifecycle in a target-driven environment. Experience working with Salesforce CRM is mandatory . Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Process-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting and collaborate across time zones. Exposure to global markets (US, UK, APAC) will be an added advantage.
