SDR Data & Engagement Analyst @ Sophos

Job Description

• Live in Outreach Drift Data: Continuously monitor and analyze Outreach and Drift data to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Identify Optimization Areas: Use data insights to pinpoint areas where SDR performance can be enhanced, whether through automation, workflow adjustments, or messaging improvements.
• Collaboration Execution: Work closely with messaging specialists to refine SDR content and playbooks. Partner with reporting teams to ensure the right dashboards and reports are built to track SDR performance and engagement metrics. Provide leadership with clear, actionable insights on SDR effectiveness and process gaps.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to improve SDR efficiency, including automation, workflow enhancements, and data-driven best practices.
• Deliver Reports Insights to Leadership: Regularly present findings, trends, and recommendations to SDR leadership to support data-driven decision-making.
