Job Description

This job looks for candidates who have grown from L0/Command Centre/NOC teams to be a SolarWinds SME. They should have proven experience of managing, mentoring, and uplifting a catch-and-dispatch L0 to a more reactive L1/L1.5 team keeping customer experience the focus. Candidates with below records/skill would be an apt fit
  • Proven experience in the designing, implementing, upgrading, and managing SolarWinds HCO - Enterprise Scale or other SolarWinds platform versions/modules.
  • Proven experience of working in L0/Command Centre/NOC team and hunger to uplift/upskill the team to L1/L1.5.
  • Proficiency with one or more common IT ticketing systems preferably ServiceNow as a user.
  • Good to have working knowledge of any scripting language.
  • Knows how to integrate system using custom API s and/or packaged integrations.
  • Knowledge of ITIL foundations
  • Additional experience in working with similar observability and ITOM tools would be an excellent value add.
  • Good knowledge related to Infrastructure management and Operations and understands the value first level teams bring to the table.
  • Good to have experience in development of integration scripts/programs using SOAP/REST Webservices.
  • Good to have experience integrating with Cloud Services.
  • Outstanding communication, articulation skill both in oral and written form.
  • Outstanding critical thinking skills. Adaptive person & openness to try different tools, technologies & concepts.
  • Initiative-taking individual, able to work independently and in coordination with a team.
  • Looking for a leader and not a manager who can brings can-do attitude and energy to the team.
