Synopsis of the role

The Senior Manager - Data Engineering position, reports to the Head of Data Engineering, and is responsible for managing the Keying Linking for Consumer and Commercial bureau. Also, the development and maintenance of ongoing programs/project metrics, presentations, analyses, dashboards, etc. to inform a wide variety of stakeholders.

What you ll do

• Review data to identify key insights Identify ways that data can be used to solve Entity Resolution problems
• Use Analytical skills to gather, view and analyze information
• Use Numerical skills to measure and statistically analyze data Work with key stakeholders and understand their needs to develop new or improve existing Entity Resolution (keying linking)
• Work in a cross-functional team Provide hands-on support and guidance in the design and development of solutions using large datasets
• Work with key stakeholders and understand their needs to develop new or improve existing Entity Resolution (keying linking) and Data management processes
• Deploy innovations, including but not limited to AI/ML techniques for Entity Resolution and Data Management Understand the various aspects of architecture practices: business, application, data, security, infrastructure and governance
• Define and capture business and functional requirements for key projects or assignments

What experience you need

• Work location of this role - BANGALORE
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or other related discipline
• Minimum of 8 years of data management, data analysis experience in the credit risk, financial services domain
• Should have worked with large data sets Experience in Entity resolution or Search Match or Keying Linking
• Clear communication skills of technical or analytical results and recommendations to both technical and non-technical business leaders SQL, BigQuery knowledge Basic fundamentals of programming

• Knowledge of credit bureau data Experience or advanced degree with focus on Entity Resolution concepts, prototype or hand-on project.
• Graph database, AI/ML tools usage to solve large scale business problems
• Experience in Data Visualization and storytelling Engage and collaborate with teams to identify the issue by gathering the necessary information
• Ability to work in a demanding user environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Hit the ground running with minimum handholding.
• Ask the right questions to accurately analyze situations even when things are unclear and gain clarity.
