Role & responsibilities

Engaged in Airport Ground handling operations
To meet the manpower requirement as per SLA
To implement the attendance and leave management process
Liaising with Airport Authorities, Airport Managers and HODs
To minimise and resolve employee grievances
ADP training coordination with Airport Manager and Airport Operator
Team working and connecting on the ground
