- Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer or AI Model Developer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in building, training, and deploying custom AI models. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in developing and fine-tuning machine learning models rather than integrating pre-built models via APIs. If you have a strong foundation in machine learning, a passion for building robust models, and a desire to take on innovative challenges, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement custom machine learning models tailored to specific business problems. Train, optimize, and validate machine learning models using real-world datasets and advanced techniques. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions. Build and maintain end-to-end machine learning pipelines from data preprocessing to model deployment. Continuously improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of AI models in production environments. Perform model evaluations and select the best-performing models for real-world applications. Ensure proper documentation of model development processes and results. Stay current with industry trends, algorithms, and new technologies related to machine learning and AI. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on experience in building custom machine learning models (not just using APIs or pre-built models). Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or similar. Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in libraries such as NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, and others. Experience in training and fine-tuning machine learning models using real datasets. Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, model evaluation, and feature engineering. Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, model optimization, and hyperparameter tuning. Experience with cloud-based machine learning tools (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus. Ability to mentor and groom junior engineers in AI/ML best practice Preferred Qualifications: A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field. Experience in specific areas like Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Deep Learning is a plus. Experience with Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone) for Generative AI applications. Familiarity with MLOps practices, AI model monitoring, and optimization. Knowledge of cloud-based AI deployments (AWS/GCP/Azure). Understanding of MLOps and continuous model improvement best practices is a bonus. Personal Attributes: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly. A passion for learning and applying new machine learning technologies. High attention to detail and a focus on model performance and quality.,
