Job Description Minimum 7 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on banking and financial services applications. Develop and maintain comprehensive test strategies and frameworks for complex banking applications. Lead and mentor testing teams in executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various banking modules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and testing objectives. Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness. Provide expert consultation on banking regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards relevant to testing. Conduct regular knowledge sharing sessions and contribute to the COE's best practices repository. Assist in evaluating and implementing new testing tools and technologies specific to banking applications. Participate in client meetings to provide expert insights on testing strategies and quality assurance. Support pre-sales activities by contributing to proposals and presentations related to banking testing services. Proficiency in test management tools, defect tracking systems, and automation frameworks. Excellent knowledge of testing methodologies, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices in a banking context. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.,
