- We are hiring a Program Manager Special Projects to join the Founders Office at Inc42 a role designed for professionals who thrive at the intersection of strategy, execution, and influence. This is a high-impact, high-trust position where you'll work directly with the CEO and founding team to lead strategic initiatives that shape Inc42s future and the narrative of Indias startup ecosystem. Youll build and manage flagship programs that engage the countrys most influential founders, investors, and operators from private roundtables with unicorn CEOs to ecosystem-defining community products. This role isnt about managing tasks its about owning outcomes. It requires strategic clarity, operational rigor, and the ability to engage credibly with some of the most respected minds in business. You will: Lead Founder-Focused Strategic Initiatives Design and execute high-impact special projects catering to Indias top startup founders and investors. Build founder-first products, experiences, and community formats that strengthen Inc42s positioning in the ecosystem. Translate high-level ideas into structured programs with clear KPIs, milestones, and outcomes. Operate as a Strategic Partner to the CEO Collaborate with the CEO and founders on top-priority projects and business decisions. Manage end-to-end execution across internal functions product, content, partnerships, events, and ops. Bring clarity, structure, and momentum to initiatives with multiple stakeholders and dynamic variables. Build & Manage High-Stakes External Relationships Represent Inc42 to senior ecosystem stakeholders, including unicorn founders, investors, and enterprise leaders. Lead strategic partnerships and private programs involving external collaborators and ecosystem partners. Be the face and anchor for select flagship initiatives driven by the Founders Office. Drive Operational Discipline Own budgets, timelines, workstreams, and internal operations for special projects. Identify roadblocks early, mitigate risks, and optimise systems for scale and efficiency. Build strong feedback loops to iterate quickly and deliver consistently high-quality outcomes. Builders Mindset: You take ownership, move fast, and are comfortable with building new processes, products, or programs from scratch. Ecosystem Fluency: You have a working knowledge of Indias startup and investment ecosystem, and you know how to navigate it credibly. Discretion & Integrity: You work with trust, confidentiality, and sound judgment often on sensitive or high-visibility work. Interaction Points : Internal : Founders, Business Channels External : Founders, Investors, Enterprises Professional Traits 47 years of experience in program management, strategic operations, business consulting, or founders office roles ideally within a high-growth startup, VC firm, or ecosystem-facing organisation. Strong project leadership and stakeholder management experience especially involving senior-level or external partners. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesise complex ideas and influence diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to operate in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities. Proficiency in budgeting, program planning, and cross-functional coordination. A Masters degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.,
