The Assistant Manager - Technical Sales (Personal Care & Home Care Raw Materials) is responsible for driving sales growth by providing technical expertise and solutions to clients & customers. This role involves managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored raw material solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of cosmetic and home care formulations, raw material applications, and sales strategies. General responsibilities: Identify business opportunities and develop a business plan. To handle existing portfolio and expand it by developing new Customers/clients/products. Achieve Sales and profit targets decided by the organization. To manage receivables. Inventory management and forecasting To update market information (customers, competitors etc) Maintain strict confidentiality on product, pricing, projects, suppliers, and any other information related to company. Focus on Salesforce.com (SFDC) reporting, updating, dashboards, workflows, visits, quotation and projects updates on timely basis Any other responsibility as may be assigned from time to time by Business Manager, PCI. Functional skills and knowledge : Relevant industry experience at least 3-5 years with techno commercial profile.
