- Fresher Please Don't Apply SAARC Masts Tech Pvt Ltd Job Title: Outbound Tele caller IT Software Sales (ERP, CRM) Location: Coimbatore Location Experience: 2- 5 years Employment Type: Full-time Preferred: Female Candidate Only (Experience in IT Sales) Salary : As per Industry Standard Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Tele caller with experience in IT software sales and pre-sales, IT Product Sales specifically in Education ERP and CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to engage with potential clients, and a knack for converting leads into business opportunities. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES v Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and explain the features and benefits of Education ERP & CRM solutions. v Engage with decision-makers, understand their requirements, and pitch suitable software solutions . v Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and email communication. v Handle queries effectively and provide necessary product information. v Fixing the appointments with Institutional Clients v Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team. v Maintain a database of potential clients and update CRM tools regularly. v Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to drive conversions.
