Job Description

Opportunity for UC (Voice & Video). Hands-on experience on Cisco UC solutions and excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a customer facing environment.

Candidates with CCNP Collaboration certification would be preferred.
In this role you will primarily be responsible for the administration of the following applications / areas and more.

CUCM

Cisco IM & P with MRA

Cisco Unity Connection

Cisco WebEx

Voice Gateways, good knowledge on MGCP/SIP/H.323

Experience on billing applications and its integration with CUCM

Good to have exposure to UCCX, recording solutions

Understanding of VM Ware / Cisco UCS deployments

Documentation and Reports

Handling escalations

Able to work independently with minimal supervisions

Knowledge and understanding of basic networking principles and administration (Routing & Switching)

Candidate with understanding / working experience of Video (Expressways, CMS, TMS) domain would be preferred

Understanding of Firewalls would be an added advantage

It is highly desirable that candidates have:

Skill in using analytics, logic and reasoning to troubleshoot issues and find the best solutions to overcome challenges

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with conflicting priorities

Operational experience in managing/maintaining network environments within a managed service environment

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills with specific focus on technical and operational documentation
