Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities Branch I.T Profile - Chembur:
Experience 5 years +
1. OS Installation Troubleshooting- Win7 and Above, MAC OS.
2. Computer & Laptop, Printer Installation and Trouble Shooting.
3. Software Applications Installation as per Departments requirement.
4. Outlook Configuration, SMTP/POP/IMAP, Corrupted PST Recovery.
5. VC Applications ZOOM/Skype/Google Meet.
6. CCTV, Bio-Key, Configuration and Trouble Shooting.
7. Active Directory -Create users and apply for Policy & Permission as per department.
8. Managing Daily Backups, Monitor server disk utilization
9. Installation, configuration and administration of Windows servers & Performing Security Health checks of Windows Servers & monitoring timely Patch management and updates.
10. DHCP.
11. LAN/ Leased Line/Wi-Fi Configuration.
12. Router & Switch Configuration.
13. Firewall Rules Configuration
14. Remote Desktop Support (Any desk, VNC Viewer, Team Viewer).
15. Data Backup of servers/ users.
16. I/O Box & LAN Crimping.
17. Regular Preventive Maintenance of PCs & Devices.
18. Branch Asset Updation & Tracking.
19. EPAPX- voice line Controlling Equipment coordinating with Vendors for any issues and learning basic configurations.
20. Voice Sim-gateway Sim card Working Status checking every Week.
21. Checking the Spam Status of the Simcard in Simgateway Every Week.
22. Co-ordinate with Vendors for Maintenance of AC, Electronics and other types of equipment.
23. PC & Telephone arrangement for new joiners.
24. Configuration of email ids &Sales Applications for new joiners.
25. Complaint logging with ISP Team for Internet Line Issues and coordinating with vendors for Laptop hardware issues.
26. Arranging Video Conferencing Sessions for Employees and Senior Staff.
27. Maintaining Daily Work Reports and Sharing with the Reporting Managers.
28. Preparing Branch I.T./Admin Reports in Excel.
29. Maintain Records of Account numbers of the branch Utility/ISP Services with Due Dates and follow up with the payment team for the monthly payments to avoid disconnections.
30. Daily basis Switch on the voice logger PCs/Servers and monitor the logs.
