Position Overview: Manager/Senior manager will lead the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) department at Dynamed Healthcare. This role involves overseeing RCM operations, driving process efficiencies, ensuring compliance, and managing client relationships. The AGM will also be responsible for improving cash flow, reducing claim denials, and achieving operational targets. Key Responsibilities: 1. RCM Operations: Optimize RCM processes to ensure accurate and timely claim submissions, reduced denials, and improved cash flow. 2. Client Acquisition & Management: Lead efforts to acquire new healthcare clients for RCM services and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Serve as the main point of contact for clients on RCM-related matters, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns. 3. Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor the RCM team, ensuring high performance, ongoing training, and adherence to industry standards. 4. Financial Oversight & Reporting: Monitor key RCM metrics and financial performance, reporting regularly to senior management. Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations. 5. Compliance & Process Improvement: Implement best practices to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and reimbursement rates. Key Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field. RCM certification (e.g., CRCP, CPC) preferred. Experience: 10 + years in RCM, with at least 8 years in a leadership role. Skills: Strong knowledge of RCM processes and healthcare regulations. Leadership, communication, and client management skills. Analytical mindset with experience in financial performance monitoring.,
