Should have OWN LAPTOP; I5 PROCESSOR/ WINDOWS 10/ 8 GB RAM /

100 MBPS WIFI CONNECTION

HEADSET

Salary Bracket - Fresher - 18K CTC

Experienced - 23K CTC (experience should be of 1 year at least)

• Providing satisfaction to the customers.
• Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
• Receiving calls and handle customers.

• Should be having his own laptop and wi-fi connection.
• Should be having excellent English and Hindi communication skill.
• Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
• Should be comfortable with rotational shifts.
• Should be comfortable with voice process.
