Job Description
Job Summary
This role will be responsible for the technical delivery of metrics within the platform. In tight collaboration with the Business Analyst, the BI Solutions Architect will study, develop, and validate metrics. They will ensure data quality, perform hands-on work, and mentor other team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to study, develop, and validate platform metrics.
- Ensure data quality and integrity.
- Perform hands-on technical work and mentor team members.
- Design and build metric models.
- Design Fact and Data Mart tables to enhance Tableau dashboards.
- Guide QA analysts with validation processes.
- Translate data requirements into data flows.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Oracle/Informatica.
- Experience with Snowflake/DBT.
- Strong data modeling skills.
- Expertise in building metric models.
- Ability to design Fact and Data Mart tables for Tableau dashboards.
- Mandatory Skills: RPA Automation Anywhere, SQL.
Non-Technical Skills
- Healthcare industry experience.
- Extremely detail-oriented.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to translate data requirements into data flows.
- Experience in building and understanding metrics and designing KPIs.
- Understanding of Tableau data mart requirements.
Soft Skills
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to mentor and guide team members effectively.
Experience
- 10 to 15 years of relevant experience.
Location
- Pune/Mumbai/Bangalore
Notice Period
- 60days Max.
