Job Description
- Maxtron seeking a motivated and talented Junior Blockchain & Backend Engineer with a strong foundation in blockchain technologies and backend development. This contract position lasts 3-4 months, ideal for individuals looking to gain more hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. There is a possibility of full-time employment if the candidate fits our requirements. Key Responsibilities Blockchain Development: Develop and deploy smart contracts using Solidity. Utilize ethers.js for blockchain interactions. Implement and manage ERC-721, ERC-1155, and ERC-20 token standards. Contribute to the overall blockchain architecture and ecosystem strategy. Backend Development: Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js and Express.js. Design and manage databases using Postgres and MongoDB. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive code to enhance the user experience. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with project managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality products. Participate in code reviews and contribute to team learning and improvement. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems. Required Skills And Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in blockchain development and backend engineering. Proficiency in Solidity and experience with ethers.js. In-depth knowledge of ERC-721, ERC-1155, and ERC-20 token standards. Familiarity with blockchain architecture and ecosystem. Strong experience in backend development using Node.js and Express.js. Competence in working with Postgres and MongoDB databases. Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with other blockchain platforms and frameworks. Familiarity with front-end technologies and frameworks. Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools. Contributions to open-source projects.
