- Job Title: Business Development Associate European Market Company: Test Yantra Software Solutions Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore Employment Type: Full-time Job Description Test Yantra Software Solutions is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate who has experience in the European market within the professional services/Recruitment Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to our business expansion efforts in Europe. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in the European professional services sector. Develop and implement tailored business development strategies to penetrate the market effectively. Identify and connect with key decision-makers in target organizations to generate leads. Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals. Maintain and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including delivery and pre-sales, to create customized solutions for clients. Coordinate with the marketing team to develop region-specific campaigns and materials. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Provide regular updates and reports to management on business development activities and progress. Qualifications & Requirements 1-3 years of proven experience in business development in the UK / European market, preferably in the professional services domain. Strong knowledge of the European business landscape, cultural nuances, and market trends. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Zoho/Salesforce or any similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
