    Job Title: Business Development Executive (Female) ERP Software for a Start up Location: Jayanagar Bengaluru Job Type: Full-Time Job Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and motivated female Business Development Executive who will work independently to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner, have a positive attitude, and possess excellent communication skills. The role involves generating leads for Odoo ERP software sales in the Middle East region (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Oman) as well as in India. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospects, conducting software demos, and driving closures. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Generate leads in the Middle East (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Oman) and India through various channels, tele calling,online platforms, referrals, and networking events. Sales and Demonstrations: Conduct live product demos and presentations for Odoo ERP software to potential clients. Explain the features and benefits of the software to prospects in a clear and concise manner. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and businesses, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide tailored solutions based on their needs. Closures and Sales Targets: Close sales effectively, meeting or exceeding sales targets and deadlines. Negotiate and finalize deals with clients. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor products in the ERP software space to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Local Visits (India-based): Visit local clients in India for on-site demos, meetings, and closures. Build strong connections with local businesses and convert them into clients. Communication: Have to make 50 to 100 calls a day to generate leads. Ensure timely follow-ups via phone, email, and other communication platforms with leads and prospects. Requirements: Energetic, motivated, and a quick learner with a passion for sales and technology. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Basic understanding of ERP software (Odoo ERP knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory). Ability to conduct demos and explain ERP software in a simple and effective way. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently. Must be willing to travel within India and the Middle East region (as per business requirements). Preferred Skills: Knowledge or familiarity with Odoo ERP software is an advantage.
