Inviting applications for the role of Manage r , Order Management We are looking for individuals who has the knowledge on the Order Management Domain or have experience in Supply Chain Management to join our team, who would be responsible to demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas of Order Management . Responsibilities Order Processing Oversight :Manage and supervise the end-to-end order processing system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Team Leadership :Lead and mentor a team of order management specialists, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals. Coordination with Departments :Collaborate with sales, logistics , customer service, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Issue Resolution : Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the order fulfillment process promptly. Implement corrective actions as needed. Performance Monitoring :Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order processing efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Report on these metrics regularly. Process Improvement :Continuously evaluate existing processes for potential improvements. Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency. Implements various corporate initiatives such as 5S, Lean Manufacturing, 6 Sigma, Internal Certification. Leading a team of order management and providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their professional development. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field Preferred Q Ualifications / Skills Good years of experience in order management or a similar role .
