Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Overview:
Business Development Executives (BDEs) form the backbone of the Cooperatives front-line sales team. Their primary role is to acquire new customers, identify business opportunities, and drive the sales of deposit and investment products. Additionally, they play a key role in addressing customer queries, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop sales opportunities for financial products by acquiring new customers and building strong relationships.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets in line with organizational goals.
Ensure compliance with KYC norms, Cooperative regulations, and financial industry guidelines.
Communicate effectively in English and the local language, both verbally and in writing.
Demonstrate strong lead generation and conversion abilities.
Work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
