Designation: Associate Customer Support

Qualification Required:Any Graduate Can apply

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year of International or Domestic BPO or Banking & Insurance Process Experience.

Skills Required: Excellent Communication skills + Basic Computer knowledge

Fixed Sunday Off

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

1) Answering premium customer queries via Voice
2) Establish relationship and trust with customer by ensuring qualitative service.

Official Hours of Telephonic interview: 10 am to 5 pm
