- Job Description: Required Junior HR for Wadhivarhe & Mohadi Location (Only Male Candidate). We follow best practices in the industry. Duties and Responsibilities: Maintaining KYC of all the factory & office employees. Daily time keeping & reporting Knowledge of factory Act, PF Act, welfare Act Etc. Dealing with labour contractors, security services, housekeeping etc. Attending time to time company audits by factory inspector & PF inspector Ability to put all the records on computer for ease of working Ability to report on a daily basis for the work done as well as for the pending works. Requirements and skills: Excellent communication skills. Superlative interpersonal and conflict-management abilities. Energetic with a can-do attitude. Excellent presentation skills. Hands-on experience at MS Office and relevant HRIS programs Ability to create customized reports highlighting hiring trends in the industry, employee turnover rates, and other critical data. Resourceful, self-driven, proactive and independent worker. Hardworking and meticulous with positive attitude. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work under stress in a fast-paced environment.
