Hiring: Cluster Head - ADRV (Insurance Team Handling)

We are looking for a highly skilled Cluster Head - ADRV to lead and drive business performance in the Life Insurance sector.

Locations:

Mumbai (Prabhadevi, Malad, Borivali, Andheri West)
New Delhi
Pune
Lucknow

Salary & Benefits:

CTC: Up to 14 LPA
Band: 4A
Age Requirement: 30 - 40 years

Key Requirements:

Experience: 5 - 10 years in the Life Insurance industry
Team Handling: Minimum 2 - 3 years managing FLS Managers
Industry Background: Preferably from Agency or Direct Channel
Residency Requirement: Candidate must have lived in the same city for the past 2-3 years
Preference: Former employees of Max Life Insurance (MLI) will be given priority

Sales & Business Growth:

• Drive input behaviors with assigned ADRMs and Advisors

• Achieve new business and cross-sales targets

• Consistently meet monthly sales plan numbers

Quality & Compliance:

• Maintain and improve sales quality and persistency standards

• Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines

Training & Development:

• Train and develop ADRMs and Advisors for new product launches

• Drive advisor attendance in training sessions and GO-meets

Collaboration & Problem-Solving:

• Work closely with other departments to resolve operational challenges

• Improve efficiency and performance of the sales team
