Job Responsibilities:

Achieve life insurance sales targets by:

• Recruiting and managing insurance agents.

• Training and developing agents on a commission-based model.

• Monitoring and ensuring agents meet activity and sales goals.

• Conducting weekly performance reviews (PRP) with agents and updating the Sales Management System.

• Motivating agents to participate in career progression programs.

• Encouraging agents to use the Agent Portal & CRM for customer management and cross-selling opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum 3 years of sales experience (preferably in insurance or financial services).
Strong networking skills with knowledge of the local market.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.
Excellent communication and confidence levels.
