  • Identify, evaluate, and screen consultants from the companys bench with expertise in IT, software development, or other relevant fields for client projects.
  • Maintain constant communication with consultants to understand their skills, experiences, and preferred project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, prime vendors, and clients to identify job requirements and opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors to present bench candidates for their open requirements.
  • Analyze job requirements and identify the best-fit consultants based on technical skills and project experience.
  • Understand and work on tax terms such as C2C, W2, and 1099.
  • Market bench consultants through various job boards (Dice, Monster, Indeed), LinkedIn, and internal database systems.
  • Use social media platforms and other channels to promote available bench candidates.
  • Negotiate rates and payment terms with vendors and clients to ensure the best possible deal for the consultant and the company.
  • Ensure consultants are placed with competitive and fair pay rates.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and submitted, including work authorization (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, US Citizen, etc.) and contracts.
  • Follow compliance processes for contracts and onboarding procedures.
  • Schedule interviews between consultants and clients, providing necessary preparation and feedback to the consultants.
  • Follow up regularly with vendors and clients to track progress on submissions and close deals effectively.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, in-demand technologies, and IT skills to better position bench candidates.
  • Strategize ways to increase placements and improve sales pipeline performance.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with consultants to foster trust and encourage long-term engagement.
  • Collaborate with the internal recruitment and sales teams to align efforts in fulfilling client requirements.
  • Maintain records of submissions, interviews, and placements to track performance metrics.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on bench sales progress.
