Sr Core Java Developer @ Tech Mahindra

Job Description

Design and Development: Develop, test, and deploy scalable and high-performance web applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices for software development.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, designers, and product managers, to deliver exceptional software solutions.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices.
Integration: Integrate third-party APIs and services into our applications to extend their functionality and improve user experience.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, API documentation, and user guides.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other issues in a timely manner to ensure smooth operation of our applications.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and continuously improve our development processes, tools, and methodologies.
