Job Description
This role ensures that incoming data is processed efficiently by developing transformation functions that structure data in compliance with FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) standards. The position also involves designing standard and customized interfaces for client data onboarding, troubleshooting data file processing issues, and maintaining the integrity of metadata and direct data ingestion into the data warehouse.

Anticipated Duties and Work Tasks:
- Configure, enhance, and manage data ingestion interfaces to integrate client data files into HDIP.
- Develop transformation functions to convert raw data into structured models aligned with FHIR standards .
- Design and implement standard and custom interfaces for client-specific data source onboarding.
- Identify and resolve issues related to data file uploads and processing.
- Maintain and manage metadata for client data sources to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Configure and support direct data ingestion pipelines into the data warehouse for optimized processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration and compliance with industry standards.
- Plays a crucial part in maintaining data integrity, improving interoperability, and supporting the efficient flow of healthcare data within the platform.
Qualifications Skills:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Science, Engineering and Computers
- Experience in data integration, ETL processes, and interface development within the healthcare domain.
- Strong understanding of FHIR standards and healthcare data models.
- Proficiency in data transformation techniques and tools.
- Experience with data warehouses and large-scale data processing .
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot data ingestion and processing issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration.
- Knowledge of Healthcare data models and data formats such as CCD, HL7, EDI X12, XML
- Knowledge of US Healthcare domain and EMR/HER
- Excellent communication written and verbal to work with global workforce
