Job Description:
- Should have 14 years or more experience as Service Delivery experience in Managed Services for SAP systems (S4HANA and/or ECC).
- Functional and/or subject matter expertise can supplement for years of direct SDM experience.
- SAP SDM will be responsible for overseeing the SAP landscape, managing upgrades, and ensuring that solutions align with business needs and goals.
- Support SAP customers in their functional and technical system needs, by not only maintaining their systems but through making recommendations for ongoing improvements and enhancements to improve the customers business operations.
- SDM will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met.
- They provide regular updates on service delivery and respond to client inquiries and concerns.
- Service Delivery Manager will oversee the delivery of services to clients and coordinate the efforts of different teams to ensure that services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
- Service Delivery Manager should be able to track and monitor the performance of services, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes as needed.
- Service Delivery Manager should be responsible for ensuring that service level agreements are met, and that the services provided meet the required quality standards.
- Service Delivery Manager should be responsible for managing budgets for service delivery, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively, and that costs are kept within budget.
- Service Delivery Manager should be responsible for building and maintaining high-performing teams, and for fostering a positive working environment.
- Service Delivery Manager continuously evaluate and improve processes to ensure that services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
