Job Description:
The role drives revenue growth through the respective regions advertising, performance marketing, and other brand-related monetization channels. Candidates coming from Ad Sales work experience with Digital Ad Tech companies, content, or similar organizations and having excellent relationships with clients and agencies across South region the candidate must have in-depth knowledge and experience of content, brand partnerships and media sales a must and the approach has to be consultative.
Work closely with Agency and brand stakeholders to ensure business opportunities for Agency. Opening new business opportunities across India and selling ad inventories for the product
Monetize the app & Revenue generation.
The primary objective of this role is to drive online media sales to increase revenue and establishing brand position among online advertisers.
Create content partnerships (Across Gaming and Esports Companies)
Pitch, close, and manage deals with major brand advertisers
Selling the Inventory and improving the yield
Build, manage, and scale a revenue pipeline with advertisers, online ad networks/agencies and maintain a threshold of Ad Sales revenue monthly
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the key accounts in the key digital agencies and clients to ensure the following:
1. Selling/pitching advertising solutions - Advertising Solutions
2. Working closely with the Operations and Brand solutions team
3. Drive revenues with the key agencies and clients
4. Ensure proper coordination for timely deliveries.
5. Identifying the market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels
6. Analyze and produce reports for management
7. Connect with existing and potential clients to build and maintain positive relationships
Job Requirement:
Bachelors degree or equivalent in work experience. An MBA is considered a plus
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Ad sales (preferably Digital) with any advertising company/ad network/publisher/ad-tech company with a track record of successfully managing client relations, negotiating and closing deals
Must have strong relationships with agencies and clients
Skill set must include fluency in solution selling, pricing, inventory control, brand building, etc
Fluency with online advertising sales, pricing, inventory control, brand-building initiatives, promotion, and planning
Have the ability and willingness to prospect, cold call, negotiate, and close deals
Have a sound understanding of current online advertising trends and various advertising metrics
