Job Title: Data Engineer Architect
Experience: 12 to 14 years
Location: Bangalore & Noida (Preferred) | Open to Gurgaon, Mumbai, Pune
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Engineer Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and building robust data architectures, implementing real-time streaming solutions, and working with cloud platforms to ensure scalability and efficiency in handling large data volumes. This is a senior role that demands strong expertise in data modeling, architecture, and cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement end-to-end data architectures for large-scale data processing systems.
- Lead the development and optimization of real-time data streaming applications using Spark and Kafka.
- Architect and deploy data pipelines that integrate real-time data streams into the data ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement scalable data models and solutions.
- Define and implement data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
- Drive cloud-based solutions using AWS (preferred) or Azure to support data-driven operations.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization for large-scale data systems.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, providing technical leadership on data engineering best practices.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Core Skills & Experience Required:
- Spark and Kafka experience with a strong focus on real-time streaming data processing.
- Proven experience with Cloud platforms (preferably AWS or Azure).
- Expertise in Data Modelling and Data Architecture.
- Hands-on experience in designing data pipelines and integrating with modern data processing technologies.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and big data tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex data systems.
- Experience working with large-scale datasets, both structured and unstructured.
- Familiarity with data warehousing and analytics platforms is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work in collaborative environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 12 to 14 years of experience in data engineering and architecture.
- Previous experience in leading data engineering teams and projects.
- Strong understanding of data privacy, compliance, and security standards.
