Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly skilledDevSecOps Senior Architectto lead the design and implementation of secure DevOps practices across our organization.
- In this role, you will work closely with development, operations, and security teams to embed security into our continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring robust security measures are integrated throughout the software development lifecycle.
- The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of DevSecOps principles, cloud architecture, and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain automated build, deployment, and testing systems.
- Lead efforts to optimize the build and deployment processes for high-volume, high availability systems.
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, SonarQube, JFrog Artifactory, Snyk, Argo CD and Continuously improve the scalability and security of our systems, and lead efforts to implement standard methodologies.
- Participate in the design and implementation of new features and applications and provide guidance on standard processes for deployment and operations
- Work with security team to ensure compliance with industry and company standards and implement security measures to protect against threats.
- Keep up to date with emerging trends and technologies in DevOps and make recommendations for improvement.
- Lead and mentor junior DevOps engineers and collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects
- Provide guidance and mentorship to development and operations teams on secure development practices and the use of DevSecOps tools.
Build governance framework and metrics for org level DevSecOps adoption.Presentation Skills:
- Present key metrics, improvements, and innovative ideas during retrospectives and sprint reviews. Effectively communicate process changes, lessons learned, and technical advancements to the team and stakeholders.
- Presentation of Documentation: Present and explain technical documentation to stakeholders, ensuring that it is easy to understand and actionable.
- Education : Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Technology. Masters preferred.
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in software development, operations, and security, with a focus on DevSecOps.
- 3+ years in an architectural role, designing and implementing security practices in CI/CD environments.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of DevSecOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, security automation, and vulnerability management.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their associated security services.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise CICD process.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet).
- Must have hands on knowledge on YAML scripting
- Technical presentation and documentation
- Must have experience setting up CICD flow using Azure DevOps, GitHub, SonarQube and JFrog Artifactory.
- Thorough understanding of DevOps culture and Agile Methodology. Java/Python programming

- Proven ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional facilitation and conflict-resolution skills
