Job Description
POSITION: Senior Relationship Manager/ Executive Relationship Manager
Channel : BANCA - AU Small Finance Bank
Role & responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank partners to drive sales of life insurance products.
- Conduct regular training sessions for bank staff to ensure they are well-versed in our product offerings.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure growth in the bancassurance channel.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to bank partners and clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate / Post Graduate - In Any Field
- Proven experience in bancassurance or sales within the insurance industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
