Job Description

We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst and Open Science Intern to join our team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in data analysis, open science practices, and research transparency. The intern will support data management, visualization etc. and work closely with the internal teams.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Collect, clean, and analyse datasets using statistical and programming tools (e.g., SQL, Excel).
Develop and maintain data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to support research findings.
Assist in implementing open science principles, including data sharing, reproducibility, and FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable) data practices.
Document data processing steps and ensure proper version control (e.g., Git/GitHub).
Contribute to research publications, open-source projects, and online repositories.
Stay up to date with best practices in data analytics and open science methodologies.

QUALIFICATIONS

A degree in data analytics
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with open science tools and practices (OSF, Zenodo, pre-registration, etc.) is a plus.
Knowledge of statistical methods and data manipulation techniques.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a research-oriented environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
