Job Description
We are Hiring a Project Manager role in an IT Field.
Job Title: Technical Project Manager (Exp. IT & Software Field)
Experience: 9+ Years
Location: Mumbai, Gurgaon
Role & responsibilities
- Act as a bridge between Agami Tech and its customers.
- Oversee and handle the complete end-to-end implementation process.
- Communicate and coordinate with the Product Development team and Project stakeholders.
- Acquaint with the significant and complete knowledge of the projects running to fine-tune user experience.
- Engage actively with clients for handling issues and escalations during installation or post-implementation.
- Provide technical expertise to clients in order to understand and resolve their queries with prompt replies.
- Keep track of and report on project progress.
- Complete the documentation for the processes with respect to various projects.
- Formally submit Project Documents, Plan of activities, MoMs, Root Cause Analysis. Knowledge of Gantt Charts.
- Suggest timely, effective potential solutions for the deviations or issues occurring.
- Take an active interest in suggesting necessary changes in product development.
- Holding complete accountability and ownership for end-to-end user experience and complete focus on client satisfaction.
Requirements
- The following are the important eligibility requirements for this Job:
- B. Tech in Computer Science or IT or an equivalent degree would be preferred.
- Fluent in Verbal and Written English.
- Experience of 3-5 years in IT / Software Project management or Project handling
- Knowledge of Linux, Network and Infrastructure, Cloud, and premises deployments
- knowledge of preparing project documentation, plans, presentations, etc.
