- Candidate should have an extensive working experience and knowledge on Oracle Cloud SCM Implementation, Roll Out Projects and Support projects.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
- Analyse business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis.
- Active participation in preparing various project documents e.g., solution design, Functional design, migration documents.
- Should have hands-on Experience on all generic SCM modules(INV, PO, OM etc.) and as well integrations with other modules.
- Should have knowledge on O2C Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P) business process.
- Knowledge on Costing is preferable.
- Should have experience in preparing the Functional Design Documents.
- Directly working with Client SME team to understand their requirements, conduct workshops and need to act as a SPOC for the complete functional solutioning
- Understand the Integration and data flow between different systems and experience on Oracle ERP.
- Should have basic knowledge on OTBI reports in Oracle ERP cloud.
- Sound working knowledge and skills on Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects methodologies (AIM and OUM) and processes.
- Active participation in preparing various project documents Solution design, Functional Specifications, Configuration Documents, SIT-UAT Test Scripts, Training materials etc.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Understanding of integrations/data flow between various Oracle modules
- Hands-on knowledge of Oracle suggested implementation methodology and their work products (AIM/OUM)
- Creative problem-solving skills and superb communication Skill.
- Respond to technical queries / requests from team members and customers.
- Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals.
- Ability to handle change and be open to it along with good time management and an able to work under stress
- Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
