Project Role :Scrum Master
Project Role Description :Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coaches and mentors the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.
Must have skills :Scrum

Good to have skills :Program Project Management, Agile Project Management
Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required

Educational Qualification :Graduate and relevant skill expertise
Summary:As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for enabling the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Your typical day will involve coaching and mentoring the Scrum Team(s), facilitating scrum and agile ceremonies, and identifying and reporting progress via appropriate metrics.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Coach and mentor the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand.
  • Facilitate scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Identify and report progress via appropriate metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of software development projects.
  • Continuously improve team performance by identifying and implementing process improvements. Professional & Technical Skills:
  • Must To Have Skills:Strong understanding of Scrum methodologies.
  • Good To Have Skills:Experience with Agile Project Management and Program Project Management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Additional Information:
  • The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Scrum.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful software development projects.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
