Senior Software Engineer - Visakhapatnam/Vizag @ Infinite Computer

Job Description

• Plan, design, develop, code and test software systems or applications for software enhancements and new products; revise and refine as required.
• Participating in the full software development life cycle, from concept and design to testing
• Participate in development of project timelines, implementation design specifications, system flow diagrams, documentation, testing and ongoing support of systems.
• Be able to conceptualize and develop prototype quickly in working with Product and Architect
• Maintain and improve existing code with a pride of ownership.
• Own project/feature development with supervision.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Continuously discovering, evaluating, and implementing new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
• Identifying and troubleshooting bugs and performance issues
• Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Participating in code reviews and ensuring that all code is up to company standards.
• Mentoring junior developers and providing guidance on best practices

• Bachelor s in Engineering/MCA/MS in Computer science
• 7+ years of relevant technical experience.
• Strong experience in C/C++ web application layer.
• Strong experience in Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP or Perl
• AWS services such as EC2, S3, and Lambda
• Experience with Git and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines

• Familiarity with large-scale software architecture, networking and distributed systems, design patterns, and UNIX/Linux environments

• Experience in debugging, performance improvement, optimization, and refactoring code.
• Customer-focused, react well to changes, work with teams and be able to multitask on multiple products and projects.
• This is a senior role and requires significant experience with C++, web development, and AWS, as well as strong problem-solving and communication skills.
