Job Description

Innovation, adaptabilit, efficacit des quipes et respect des engagements garantissent nos rsultats. Managing technicity of entire electrical harness related activities. Co-engineering with customers for build-to-print cases. Liaison with customers to understand requirements and propose technically & commercially viable solutions. Propose technical solutions / designs / drawings for build to specification cases. Design of overmold & other tooling for electrical harness. Customer Communication through Tele / video-conference and e-mail for technical discussions, new product introduction, quality issues etc. Establishing & maintaining strong working relationships with both internal and external parties. Monitor progress on projects, resolve issues, and expedite completion as required to support all stakeholders. Lead all customer and third-party audits for technical related topics. Preparation of product & process specification out of customer drawings or requirement. Leader of Time Study & PFMEA. Lead the implementation of manufacturing processes including, but not limited to facilities, layout, equipment selection and installation, workflow, process flow, vendor management, process characterization, process monitoring/control methods, material handling, tool selection, consumables, documentation, training, support, and equipment service/ maintenance Technical knowledge in electrical harnesses for military / aerospace applications. knowledge & experience in electrical harness design and circuits. knowledge in electrical & environmental testing of electrical harnesses. knowledge & experience in selection of electrical harness components as per applications & specifications. knowledge & experience in electrical harness assembly processes. Experience from Military and Aerospace manufacturing industry is added advantage IPC-WHMA-620 class 3 certification is an added advantage. Strong leadership & engineering skills. High technical and result-oriented professional. Effective communicator, Collaborative & Proactive, Performance Focused, Growth Oriented, Critical thinker, Decisive & calm under pressure that positively impact quality of the role performed.,
