    Job Title: Technical Pre-Sales Engineer (Cybersecurity, Networking & Cloud)

    Location: Bengalore

    Experience Level: 5 to 12 Years

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a Technical Pre-Sales Engineer with expertise in Cybersecurity, Networking, and Cloud to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of security frameworks, cloud architectures, and network infrastructures. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, delivering technical presentations, conducting product demonstrations, and providing solutions that align with business needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Networking solutions.
    • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) for clients.
    • Act as a trusted advisor by mapping customer business challenges to technical solutions.
    • Assist in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and security assessments with in-depth technical documentation.
    • Design and architect solutions involving Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Networking (SD-WAN, Firewalls, VPNs), and Cybersecurity (SIEM, IAM, Endpoint Security, Threat Intelligence, Compliance).
    • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide feedback and drive product enhancements.
    • Provide technical training and knowledge transfer to customers and internal teams.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging threats, and new technologies in cybersecurity, networking, and cloud computing.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in a Technical Pre-Sales or Solutions Engineering role.
    • Strong expertise in Cybersecurity tools and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, CIS benchmarks).
    • Hands-on experience with Networking technologies (Routing, Switching, Firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN, Load Balancers).
    • In-depth knowledge of Cloud security and architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP, CASB, Zero Trust, SASE).
    • Familiarity with SIEM, EDR, XDR, IAM, MFA, DLP, and Security Operations.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to translate technical solutions into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
    • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CEH, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, CCNA/CCNP, or equivalent are a plus.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with DevSecOps, Container Security, API Security, and Cloud Compliance.
    • Knowledge of automation and scripting (Python, Terraform, Ansible) for cloud and security configurations.
    • Understanding of regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOC 2, etc.).
