Job Description

Responsibilities Lead the technical architecture and development efforts for our virtual showroom platform. Mentor and guide the development team in implementing best practices and coding standards. Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in our development processes. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, and evaluate their potential impact on our platform. Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and scalability. Lead by example, demonstrating excellence in coding, problem-solving, and communication. Requirements Proven experience as a technical leader or lead developer in a fast-paced environment. Expertise in Three.js, React.js, and Node.js, with a strong portfolio of web development projects. Deep understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns. Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to make strategic technical decisions while considering business goals and constraints. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Bonus Skills Previous experience in ecommerce or retail technology. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Knowledge of 3D rendering techniques and optimization strategies.
