What Youll do :

We are looking for customer support executive who can interact with customers and addresses their concerns answer their questions and assist them with their needs. ALSO WHO ARE ABLE TO JOIN IMMEDIATELY

Roles And Responsibilities :

Listen to customer concerns, issues and questions.

Resolve customer concerns and answer customer questions to your best ability

Maintain a positive attitude and calmly responds to customer complaints

Open new customer accounts

Refer issues and questions to managers...

Qualifications:Graduated freshers/ Undergraduates can apply

Excellent and fluent communication skills Hindi & English

0 to any experience in customer support

Age Criteria: 18 to 30

Fixed Shift timings

6 days working (Rotational or Fixed Sunday)

Salary (17k to 21k- Depends on Process, Education and Performance in Interview)
