Key Responsibilities Develop and implement an engaging curriculum for Python programming and AI. Deliver lectures and hands-on workshops that cater to various learning styles. Facilitate group discussions and encourage teamwork in projects. Provide mentorship and guidance for students pursuing interests in tech. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, or a related field. Master's degree in Education or a relevant field is preferred. Proven experience teaching at the secondary or post-secondary level. Strong knowledge of Python programming language. Familiarity with AI concepts and applications. Experience with curriculum development and instructional design. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and motivate students. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in educational technology and tools. Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. Understanding of pedagogical approaches for diverse learners. Ability to assess student progress and adapt instruction as needed. Willingness to participate in community and school events. Certification or training in relevant subjects is a plus.
