Job description
- Be responsible for Accounts Payable responsibilities for a global clients F&A process
- Will be responsible for all accounts payable activities for the assigned entity
- Be responsible for Invoice Processing, Travel & Employee Expenses Payment process and Vendor queries
- Strict adherence to Activities TAT, Accuracy, KPIs and other SLAs
- Produce performance reports like Dashboards and Weekly SLA reports for HCL Management & Client Management
- Be responsible for Invoice Processing, Travel & Employee Expenses Payment process and Customer/Vendor queries
- Responsible for Quality Check of Weekly Transactions
- Responsible for Continuous Process Improvements
- Implement effective Internal Controls and Compliances with respect to all Financial Transactions
- Produce performance reports like Dashboards and Weekly SLA reports for HCL Management
- Client Management
Required Candidate profile
- Experience in Procure to Pay function (Accounts Payable)
- Good accounting knowledge
- Working Experience of Invoice Processing PO and Non PO
- Working experience of Travel & Employee Expenses processing (T&E)
- Working experience in Oil and Gas, Supply Chain Operations (Rail, Trucking, Marine) or Heavy Industries company will be preferred
- Good knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Working experience of SAP will be an added advantage
- Experience of Invoice Processing PO and Non PO, Payment processing, Vendor creation
- Travel & Employee Expenses processing (T&E)
- Excellent Team Player and Good Judgmental Skills
- Working experience in Oil and Gas, Supply Chain Operations (Rail, Trucks, Marine) or Heavy Industries will be preferred
- Good Communication skills
- Working experience of Oracle will be an added advantage
- Experience of dealing with International clients (No domestic experience).
Experience and Respective max Salary Bracket.
Associate : 1-3 Years (2.9 LPA)
Analyst : 3-5years (Max 4.2Lpa) - US Shift
Senior Analyst : 4-6years (Max 5.1Lpa) - US Shift
Note
- Hiring/Hired candidate transport boundaries are within 45 to 50kms for female candidates and 35Kms for male candidates from HCL Sec 126 Noida.
- Cabs available for both side, however radius for 1 side is within 35kms and 70kms for both side for employees
