We are seeking a Trainer in Direct Sourcing to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs for the Direct Sourcing Procurement Domain. The ideal candidate will have a background in sourcing or procurement and a passion for teaching and developing others.
As a Trainer, you will be delivering soft skills and End to End Sourcing Domain sessions to train our resources and driving upskilling sessions on a need basis.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver training to internal staff including virtual and in-person formats.
- Coach and train employees using examples from the business on Domain
- Assess training needs and develop training plans that are tailored to specific client requirements.
- Utilize a range of training techniques to engage learners and maximize the effectiveness of the training.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the training and make adjustments as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sourcing & procurement.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
