Responsibilities : Validate order as per the scope of work Network Config Mandatory attributes assignment and validation Coordinate with Order Managers to finalize on the exact scope before config build Review the network design shared by design team Built network config as per the scope and design Join customer edge device activation calls , lead the call and deploy the required device configuration Coordinating with L2 techs for complex issues Troubleshooting on network issues coordinating with various stakeholders Skills : Telecom Domain/IT related knowledge Good Verbal and Written Communication skills PC literate with good system navigation skills Understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong focus on delivering results in a team environment, working together to deliver the teams objectives. Good Logical though process Qualification/ Skills : Network Device Configuration CCNA Trained or CCNA trained + Certified SDWAN trained or SDWAN trained + Certified Fresher - Experience is not mandate Experience - Minimum of 1 year experience Rotational shift, with rotational week offs (working flexibility on weekends is required Reinvent your world.
