Job Description
Our Exciting Opportunity
Engineer shall be responsible for providing Cloud Design & Optimization support for customer. This essentially includes understanding solution (HLD, LLD), support, configuration, Integration, Performance, Cloud KPI understanding, customer coordination, documentation etc. He/She should have deeper understanding on Cloud Native Technologies and related Infrastructure knowledge.
This role demands positive mind-set, 24*7 support in case of emergencies, and hands on delivery experience in respective areas of expertise.

You will
- Work within well-defined system support guidelines.
- Ensure accurate working methodology.
- Ensure Adherence to Processes
- Provide Planning, Design and Optimization Support of Cloud Technology.
- Analyses the requirement and provide solution from an end 2 end perspective including the support for HLD and LLD.
- Administer Cloud Network and Support Systems
- Provide support in change management for the Cloud Operations Data Network and serve as the Operations Engineer in Cloud that includes Containers, Dockers, Micro services, K8s technologies. Nodes include APPs on Virtual Platform.
- Cloud knowledge deployment and in-depth knowledge with RHOSP and RHOCP required.
- Provide input and suggestions to improving all operational aspects, related to the Cloud infrastructure which could add value into growing the quality of the Cloud Services - end to end.
- Assess need for any system monitoring, reconfigurations (minor or significant), make recommendations, and execute them as required.
- Coordinate with SRF/Customer/Back office/Project Management teams
- Interact with the other Service areas (Application, IP and Backbone) for continuous maintenance and monitoring of the Cloud Infrastructure as vital
To be successful in the role you must have
- Knowledge of Cloud Native and its derivative technologies.
- Cloud native applications for seamless transitions, resiliency, interoperability and workload portability, automations.
- Knowledge of Packet Core Network is desirable but not mandatory
- Technical assessments and critical support to other teams.
- Problem Solving ability and critical thinking
- Delivering Results & Meeting Customer Expectations
- Knowledge of PACO/IoT/VoWifi/5G will be an advantage
