Job Description

Key Responsibilities Develop and deploy predictive models, recommendation systems, and statistical analysis to improve user engagement and learning outcomes. Work with large-scale educational datasets to extract insights and optimize student learning paths. Design A/B testing strategies to measure and enhance the effectiveness of product features. Implement machine learning algorithms to personalize learning content and improve platform efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to drive data-informed decision-making. Develop and maintain dashboards & reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools. Ensure data integrity, quality, and security in all analytical processes. Required Skills & Qualifications : Education Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Technical Skills : Strong proficiency in Python/R & SQL for data analysis and model building. Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.). Expertise in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and recommendation systems. Soft Skills : Strong problem-solving skills with a business-first mindset. Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
